Samantha Jason Lehman is a full-time Realtor in the Greater Boston area. She has been representing buyers, sellers, developers and investors throughout the Greater Boston market for over 15 years. In that time Samantha has closed over 130+ Million in residential sales ranging from small condominiums, luxury lofts, single family homes, mixed-use developments and multi-family homes. 

She feels incredibly grateful that a majority of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals! In the real estate world, there is no greater compliment.

As a longtime Boston resident, Samantha has her pulse on the ever changing real estate market. She is a strong negotiator who consistently receives high praise from her clients for her dedication, commitment, honesty, and knowledge of the home buying and selling process and all of its intricacies.

After more than 15 years living in various Boston neighborhoods including: South Boston, Jamaica Plain, Somerville and Fenway, Samantha now lives just north of Boston with her husband Dave, their two children, Vivienne (5.5) and Owen (4), and their dog Cooper. 

When she's not working or with her family, Samantha loves to travel, read and design. She owns and manages an Airbnb in Chilmark, on the island of Martha's Vineyard (which is where she grew up) and still has family. She can also be found visiting family in the lakes region of New Hampshire.
